Story of the wings of seeds
Every year Birch trees fly out thousands upon thousands of
small little yellow wings that each carry a seed inside.
once they hit fertile ground, they begin growing
into solid, big tree trunks.
We believe each of us humans has multiple seeds of ideas within us. And once they hit solid,
nurturing surroundings, such as psychological safety, they can grow into better business, new businesses opportunities, form engaging connections within the company and a better life for us all on the planet.
